Jazz:

Jazz dance is a dynamic, expressive art form characterized by body isolations, syncopated rhythms, and sharp, dynamic movements while learning the technical foundation of leaps and turns.

Pom Jazz:

Pom Jazz is a dynamic, high-energy dance style that blends that sharp, precise arm motions and synchronization of pom cheerleading with the technical leaps, turns and flexibility of jazz dance. Dancers hold poms throughout the routine to emphasize their movements, which are typically set to fast-paced pop or jazz music

Jazz Funk:

Jazz-funk refers to two distinct but related concepts: a groovy, electric-driven sub genre of music that emerged in the late 1960’s, and a highly energetic, commercial dance style that blends jazz technique with hip-hop and street dance.

Lyrical:

Lyrical dance is a fluid, expressive style that fuse classical ballet technique with the freedom of jazz and contemporary dance. Named after its poetic nature and the lyrics of the songs it's performed to, its primary goal is storytelling and conveying deep emotion through graceful movements and extensions

Hip Hop:

A fast pace art form learning intricate phrases and sequences to upbeat pop and groove music.

Clean pair of street shoes ( Different from your everyday Shoe) Designate a pair just for dance class

Tap:

Tap dance (or tap) is a form of dance in which the dancers use sounds of tap shoes striking the floor as a form of percussion; it is often accompanied by music.

A creative movement prop oriented ballet class made to build confidence, exploring creativity while learning about numbers, letters and animals.
